Myth #1:  You must spend hours a day in the gym to get the body you want…

WRONG!  Most people fail to realize that testosterone and growth hormone production start to fall about 60 minutes into your workout. For growth, workouts should be short and INTENSE!!!

 

Myth #2:  To get the six pack you’ve been looking for you have to do a lot of cardio…

The truth is that when dieting to reduce body fat, training in the upper rep ranges is the last thing you want to be doing. In a calorie deficit your body just can’t handle that amount of volume without beginning to lose muscle. Save yourself a lot of hard work and cut down the volume. As always, whatever rep range you are in you should be training heavy!

Myth #5:  To lose body fat all you need to do is eat a little as possible…

This is a disastrous mistake most new comers make when they first decide to follow a diet. If you reduce calories too much you risk shutting your metabolism down completely, thus ruining any chance of burning body fat.
